Shipping to United States (USA)

United States is the largest client base for CloverSac products excluding processing time, it generally takes one to two weeks (and some time up to three weeks) to have your order ship to USA from Singapore.

How much does it cost?
A purse organizer insert will cost USD$11.25 and a base shaper will cost you USD$5.50.

How long does it take to ship to USA?
We take 2 to 3 days to process all orders and another 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be delivered from the date it reached United States. We seek your patience if your order got delay due to USPS and custom clearance. For example if your package arrived United States on 1st Jan 2016, it will be 2 to 4 weeks from 1st Jan 2016. As postal service delivery is unpredictable where 2 to 4 weeks is only an estimate, we strongly encourage our customer to choose DHL as the shipping option if you are looking for a guaranteed delivery date.

How do we shipped?
We shipped via First-Class Package International Service with tracking number. After the package has been send, you will given a tracking number like below:

Enter the tracking number that is emailed to you 1 to 2 days after your order has been delivered. If you don’t get any tracking number from us, please email us at contact@cloversac.com immediately.

The USPS website will show full status of the delivery. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks after the order has been dispatched out. This exclude 1 to 3 working days that we take to process the order.

Do you use courier service like FEDEX, DHL or UPS?
You have the option to choose DHL Express international when you check out. It cost more but it provide full tracking and faster. If you are ordering 2 and more items, it is more worth to send via DHL as it is cost almost the same as standard airmail.

The USPS indicate they have send back the order due to non-collection
In the event that the order has been shipped back to Singapore due to non-delivery or non-collection, you have to the option of (1) Seeking a refund for the sales of the product (s) however shipping fees are not refundable or (2) Paying the shipping charges for re-shipment.

Why we use PayPal for payment?
This is to protect the interest of our buyers as payment using credit card via PayPal is more secure. We do not keep your credit card information. You are also protected as a buyer for item not received (INR).
