How long is the shipping time?

For international shipping, following is the estimated shipping time. Following exclude handling time which is estimated to be 3 to 4 working days before it is dispatched to the post office. We do not guaranteed shipping time as this depend on the postal service in each country however we only deliver our goods using registered mail with tracking number.

Why is my order still under processed?

Please take note that it takes 2 to 4 working days for your order to be processed after the order has been placed. For example if you order on Monday, the earliest your parcel is dispatched to the post office is on Thursday or Friday. After your order has been dispatched, the tracking number shall be emailed to you.

What shipping service do you use?

We only use standard registered airmail with tracking number by Deutsche Post

Where is CloverSac parcel shipped out from?

All CloverSac parcels are shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore.

Do you use FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TA-Q-BIN courier service?

Yes we do, you have the option to choose DHL express international when you check out. It cost more but it provide full tracking. If you are ordering 2 and more items, it is more worth to send via DHL as it is cost almost the same as standard airmail.

What happen if I do not receive my package?

You can email us 3 weeks after the parcel is delivered by us (not 3 weeks from the date of purchase). We shall check with the postal service on the status of the delivery. It takes between 1 week to 3 weeks for the country of destination to revert their finding to us.

Do you provide self-pickup?


What I have given the wrong address or the parcel has been returned to us for undelivery?

Customer need to bear the shipment fee and the cost of the purchased item.

Custom and Import Charges?

CloverSac has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. CloverSac is not able to refund you due to custom problems.
