Chameleon inserts is a popular brand when it comes to Purse Insert. All Chameleon Inserts purse insert are made from the same material which is 210D Nylon. Chameleon Insert is available in multiple sizes and is categorized as being structured or unstructured. For those that are structured, Chameleon Inserts provide PE cards which you can add to the sides to add structure to the entire purse insert. If your handbag does not have much structure, it is good to buy one that has a good structure to keep your handbag in shape. Its walls are padded with a thin foam which is sewed between the nylon material.

The reason why Chameleon Insert can be structure is because it uses of PE cards on its side and base at the bottom. Those PE cards are black.
Following picture show how these black PE cards are inserted at the side wall to add structure to the purse insert.
Only Small and Medium have unstructured versions while all the rest are all structured. As mentioned above, they key differences between structured vs unstructured are the PE cards at the sides. If you are planning to buy the small and medium, I will highly recommend that you buy the structured one as the unstructured is simply too flimsy. See picture below on the small unstructured version. Notice how the sides are folded inwards at both the short-ends of the purse insert. This is cause by the thin foam which was folded when it was packed. Once it is folded, it is not easy to unfold as the foam has been deformed.

Chameleon Inserts are available in 6 sizes. Which sizes to buy depend on the size of your handbag , if you are looking for something that is fitting, extra-large is better compared to large. International Shipping, Delivery and Purchase
You are in luck if your shipping address is in US as all Chameleon Inserts are shipped out from the US. In most cases, if your order is received by 11:00am Mountain Time, your order will go out the same day. Otherwise, it will ship the next day. It normally takes 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the US. Priority mail will assure 2 day arrival.
Shipping to Singapore via USPS First Class International will cost USD14.50. Chameleon Inserts are not sold in retail stores and purchase can only be made online.
Final Reviews
Chameleon Insert is good when it comes to structure, weight and pockets. Large and Extra Large are two popular sizes by Chameleon Inserts as most common handbag size is 12” or 30cm in length.
What I personally don’t like Chameleon Inserts is the padded foam wall which takes up too much space making the entire purse insert looks pretty overwhelming and snugly. There are also no pockets that cater for more bulk items such as water bottle.
The Extra Large Tall Narrow by Chameleon Inserts that can be used on Louis Vuitton Neverfull or Hermes Evelyne does not stand well on its own as it is too long and narrow. The pockets are too deep which make it difficult to reach for items placed inside it. Following is how the Extra Large Tall Narrow looks like.
