Zoomoni vs Samorga – which is a better felt organizer?

Both Samorga and Zoomoni bear many similarities. First, they are both made in Korea. Second, both brands’ organizers are shipped in a box. Third, their organizers are all made from felt and both design look very similar. Felt thickness and Sturdiness
Felt is one of the most common material used to make organizer these days. Why felt? Well Felt is craft fabric which is made of compressed fabric provide the organizer some form of hardness or sturdiness. To give it more structure, Samorga has a thicker option which is 2×2 mm felt. The standard one is the 1.2 x 1.2mm. This apply to Zoomoni as well. A thicker fabric is not always the best option as it add weight and make the organizer bulky.
Another disadvantage is felt is made from compressed polyester will form pill and turn fuzzy over time. Following is a Neverfull mm organizer by Samorga which is showing sign of fuzzing.
Cloversac is not made from felt and its limitation is it only comes in 4 color, black, red, beige and pink. Its advantage is its interesting design allow it turn slightly sturdy to more sturdy by slotting in plastic cards at the side walls and base. It is like an option to convert 1.2mm to 2mm in one single design.

Overall Workmanship Quality
The quality of felt fabric for both brands are good compared to other felt organizers. The workmanship for both is just as brilliant however in our opinion that Samorga has a slight edge over Zoomoni.
This noticeable if you look closely at how the edges are stitched, Samorga is stitched much closer to the edge (around 2mm) compared to Zoomoni (which is 5mm) thus giving it much nicer finish.
Secondly Samorga makes an effort to stitch higher compared to Zoomoni thus making the pocket firmer to the wall.

Final words
Both Samorga and Zoomoni are great felt organizers made with quality felt with brilliant workmanship. Compared to other felt organizers out there, they are much more expensive. The hefty price tag might drive some customers away after including shipping cost so if you are on a budget, you might want to consider a cheaper option like cloversac.
